The first one is dried bitter gourd, the second one is whole turmeric, and the third ingredient is fenugreek seeds. 

Bitter Gourd

In Ayurveda, bitter gourd is considered as a detoxifying agent and as a hypoglycemic agent, meaning that it can help purify the blood and at the same time, it also reduces blood sugar levels. 

Turmeric

On the other hand, if we talk about turmeric, then it is known as a golden spice which is rich in curcumin. Curcumin is basically a compound that has been studied extensively for its potential benefits in managing diabetes and reducing inflammation inside the body. 

Results suggest that curcumin can lower your blood sugar levels and even help prevent complications which are directly related to diabetes. 

Fenugreek Seeds

The third ingredient that we have is fenugreek seeds, also known as methi in Hindi. 

Fenugreek seeds have been used in Ayurveda for centuries for treating diabetes, lowering cholesterol levels, and for weight management. Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fiber which helps to slow down the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates leading to a reduction in your blood sugar levels. 

Fenugreek seeds also contain an amino acid which is called as 4-hydroxy-isoleucine. This amino acid basically stimulates your pancreas to produce more insulin resulting in a reduction in your blood sugar levels and that is why it is very very helpful in diabetes. 

How To Prepare

So now that you know about the ingredients, let's talk about how to prepare and consume this home remedy. To prepare this home remedy, first of all, you need to take 50 grams of dehydrated bitter gourd, and first, you need to grind it into a fine powder. 

Next, take 50 grams of whole turmeric and again grind it with the help of a grinder to make a fine powder. Lastly, you need to take 50 grams of fenugreek seeds and then you need to first dry roast them until their karar becomes a little darker and it gives you a sweet aroma. 

Once the seeds are sufficiently roasted, take them off and let them cool for a while and then grind them into a fine powder. Now take all of these powders and mix them together thoroughly and then store them in an airtight container. 

Friends, you can use this herbal mixture for about 30 days without any problems and to use this powder you just need to take 5 grams and swallow this empty stomach in the morning with the help of a glass of lukewarm water. 

Additional Tips

Along with this home remedy, you should also follow some additional tips to get the optimum results. The first tip is that you should maintain a balanced diet which has a good mixture of proteins, fiber, and complex carbohydrates.
