To make this drink, you just need to boil 1 teaspoon of grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in 2 cups of water. 

Boil this for about 10 minutes and after that let it cool for about 10 or 15 minutes. Once this water cools down, you need to add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix all these things together and your Ayurvedic fat-burning drink is ready.
